1 cup rolled oats
½ cup peanut butter
¼ cup honey
¼ cup crushed almonds or seeds -
Instructions
To make Nutty Protein Energy Bites, combine 1 cup of rolled oats, ½ cup of peanut butter, ¼ cup of honey, and ¼ cup of crushed almonds or seeds in a mixing bowl. Add 1 scoop of FutureProtein (Original or Chocolate) and stir well until the mixture is evenly combined and holds together. Roll into small bite-sized balls using your hands. Place them on a tray and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before enjoying. Perfect as an on-the-go snack or pre-workout boost.
